Air foam generator is the fire plants which can spray foam to put out the fire on the tank wall. The spray mouth is blocked with thin glass plate to protect the oil liquid entering into foam room or fire tube.

 

1, model selection
    The oil tank air foam generator models and amount should be determined to the oil tank amount, oil specifications and foam kinds with calculation. At least, two equipments are needed with special fire tune to supply foam.  
 Four Models:PC-4, PC-8, PC-16, PC-24.

2, technology parameter 
1) Model PC-4:operating pressure is  0.5MPa, miscible liquids is 4 liter/second, foam generating amount is 25 liter 
2) Model PC-8:operating pressure is 0.5MPa, miscible liquids is 8 liter/second, foam generating amount is 50 liter 
3) Model PC-16:operating pressure is 0.5MPa, miscible liquids is 16 liter/second, foam generating amount is 100 liter 
4)ModelPC-24:Operating pressure is 0.5MPa, miscible liquids is 24 liter/second, foam generating amount is150 liter
3, operating pressure scope 0.2-0.5MPa.  
4, Glass can be broke through under 0.1-0.2MPa pressure.  
5, specification and models

 

   Air foam generator is made up of shell unit, foam spraying pipe group and fence plate group.
   When foam miscible liquids float through spray mouth and form into atomization liquid and the negative pressure will formed around it to absorb large amount of air foam. The air foam transformed into tank through spray tube and covers the burning liquid surface.  
Air foam is made up of the following parts:

   Air foam generatormarked with brand, registered name, Model, specification, production date and factory name. Prepare foam spray tube before installation.
